Drivers and Dispatchers

Desert Access and Mobility is a non-profit organization that provides transportation services for individuals that are no longer able to drive. We are looking for good people to help us fulfill our mission.

DRIVERS

We are looking for full-time and part-time Drivers to transport clients in a comfortable, safe and timely manner. Driver responsibilities include arranging regular cleaning and maintenance services for the vehicle, planning each route based on road and traffic conditions and managing payments. Ultimately, you will help us increase customer satisfaction, making sure clients depend on us for their transportation needs. To be considered for this role, you should have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record with no traffic violations. Note that you don’t need to have a car; we provide drivers with our own vehicles. Must be willing to participate in random drug test per DOT requirements.

OFFICE DISPATCHER

We are looking for full-time and part-time Office Dispatcher to Schedule rides to transport clients in a comfortable, safe and timely manner. Office work will include filing, scanning documents, and answering telephones. As Dispatcher you will schedule rides for clients and assign drivers and vehicles for transportation. Ultimately, you will help us increase customer satisfaction, making sure clients depend on us for their transportation needs. To be considered for this role, you should be computer literate with experience with word and excel. Experience with QuickBooks Online a plus. Must be willing to participate in random drug test per DOT requirements.
